Esiteti School
Esiteti School is located at the base of Mt. Kilimanjaro bordering the north-eastern side of Amboseli National Park and south of Tanzania. Esiteti School follows the normal Kenyan curriculum; however, it has been suggested their curriculum be supplemented with basic lessons on conservation, ecology, and tourism. Although very few schools in Kenya incorporate these areas of education, Esiteti has become a model school providing inspiration for others to follow suit in creating a more viable conservation area in Maasailand.
Help Build a Classroom
Donate to build a classroom and be an integral part of the new Esiteti School scheduled to open May 2011. (See Architectural Plans for the new school.) Four more classrooms are needed to complete the school. Name a classroom on behalf of an individual, company or school by donating $8000 for materials and construction for a classroom.
