A sponsored scholarship to a four-year Teacher Training College assures each graduate a teaching job paid by the Kenyan government. These teaching positions not only secure financial opportunities for the Maasai college graduates, but also offer them the opportunity to teach at Esiteti Primary School.

Tuition to a four-year college offering a teacher certification program is $1,500 per year, including room and board. Currently, one certified teacher works at Esiteti School and three are working toward their certifications.
